VitalHer is built with privacy-by-design principles. We collect only the minimum information needed to support your care journey, and separate identifiable health data from partner analytics.
Consent
We ask for separate, plain-language consent before collecting health or location information. You may withdraw optional consent at any time and review your privacy settings.
Data access
Access is role-based and follows minimum-necessary principles. Care navigators see only assigned users. Providers see only authorized referrals. Partners see aggregated, de-identified results only.
Security
We use secure authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, session expiration and account recovery. Changes to risk rules, provider status, permissions and clinical content are logged.
Your rights
You may request data export and deletion. Identifiable health information is not shared with partners without your specific lawful authorization.
Compliance
VitalHer is designed to support applicable Nigerian data-protection, consumer-protection and healthcare requirements. Before public launch, legal, privacy, cybersecurity and clinical-governance review is required.
